I bought 2 scarves as a gift for an art aficionado friend. Both with Van Gogh's artwork but one is "Café on the Terrace" from Dahlia ($34.95+$4.99 shipping) and the other is "the Iris" from another seller on Amazon ($24.99 + $7.33). I assumed they would be the same quality but turned out to be quite different.
"The Café" one has a much softer and smoother feeling while "the Iris" scarf has a grainy texture. My mom used to work with fabric and confirmed both of them are silk but different types. "The Café" is made of Charmeuse Silk which which I found out is usually more expensive than Georgette silk that "the Iris" scarf is made from. I ended up ordering another "the Iris" from Dahlia as I feel the extra softness and silkiness is worth the extra $7.

After months of indecision, I purchased a variety of scarves. One of the scarves ordered from Dahlia ended up being out of stock. Dahlia both called and emailed me. Their customer service is phenomenal. I told them I was willing to wait if they would have the scarf in the near future. After only two days of "waiting" I received an email this morning, my remaining order (including the out of order scarf) had been shipped. I have already received this scarf "Cafe Terrace at Night" (shipped from Amazon). The packaging was incredible and the quality of the scarf was outstanding. I can't say enough about Dahlia. Amazon is lucky to have them as a vendor.

Beautiful lightweight silk scarf. Colors are vivid and overall very high quality.
I had fears the scarf would be too long, as I'm not the tallest person (5'6") but it hit at just the right length slightly above the hips.

OK scarf, but colors are darker than in the picture and the silk is thicker and harder than I would have liked. I was going to give it as a gift, but decided it was not nice enough for a gift.
