This solid Italian chain is great for both men who needs substantial but not chunky and women who wants a longer and stronger chain for a large pendant. It has a subtly sparking diamond cut surface and has a SOLID thickness of 1.5mm. The clasp is a sturdy lobster clasp. Our CAREFREE sterling silver is plated with quality Rhodium, the most tarnish resistant and most expensive member of the Platinum metals group. It virtually eliminates the need for frequent cleaning and polishing; increases surface hardness against incidental scratching and abrasion; and adds an expensive platinum look. Lame and cheap Jan 07, 2010
I ordered this "rope chain" as a gift and what I got was more like a "string" chain. It feels like a cheap dime store trinket and it was so embarrasingly small that I went to a jewelry store and bought something that was much better for a slightly higher price. I wouldn't recommend this item at all unless you want to order it for someone you don't like.

My husband received this necklace for Valentines Day and absolutely loves it. I do too. Now I am going to try and find a charm (an eagle preferrably) for the necklace. We were very pleased with necklace and would order from this company again as they have very good products on website that are reasonably priced.

My husband loves this chain and so do I. It looks very expensive and would cost you a few hundred dollars maxium at your local jewelry store.

Just what I expected and my friend loved it as a gift.
It is smaller then what the picture looks like but I knew that.
It also came in a fancy bag which looked cool.
