 Lovely earrings, but coral is pale Jun 01, 2011

I bought these earrings to go with a pearl and coral necklace my Grandmother bought in Hawaii. The earrings are very pretty, but I was a little disappointed that the coral is not as dark as the Amazon picture shows. The carved rose is actually a very pale peach, not the rich "coral" color shown. I uploaded some pictures, one with a dark peach coral stud to see the difference. Despite that, I'm still very pleased with the purchase. The earrings are a good quality, with a noticeable weight to them without being heavy. They came in a nice presentation box.
Overall, though the price is a little high even discounted, (I paid $48.50) and the color not as rich as I would have liked, I do recommend these. They are very elegant and timeless.

I made the purchase based on the review, and Im so glad I got the earrings. The picture truly reflects the actual color and design, and to tell you the truth in my opinion it fails to do them justice; they are GORGEOUS. Its very difficult to find true coral at a reasonable price but Dahlia managed to do that. will definitely purchase from them again.
