By Scott Thompson Service was simple and fast. Received product within a few days. The product was far more beautiful than we had expected. The box that it comes in is of such high quality you can present it, as a gift, without having to wrap the box. It was a gift that we presented to someone for their birthday and they were extremely pleased with it. It is hard to find quality this good today. Especially for the price, we priced other like items on line and in retail stores that we 3 to 4 times the price and of less quality. The box is an extra added touch of class. I highly recommend this vendor and this product! Keep up the good work! Two thumbs up!
Nice Cross, Chain is Ugly and Cheap-Looking Apr 27, 2011
By mislead I bought this as a gift for someone. I like the cross but the chain is really ugly. I suggest buying another separately (that's what I ended up doing). I didn't quite realize how much I don't like the chain until it arrived because there aren't any images of it save for the two or three links in the image with the close up of the cross. There should be more images of the chain.
