Wonderful Customer Service May 27, 2008

I ordered 6 of these necklaces for my bridesmaids, and I was very happy with the pendants - the pearls are very round and without blemish and the crystals are clear and well set. The only thing I was unhappy about was the chain - they came on 16" box chains, which I thought were a little short (and I don't care for box chains). Only three days after I left the review, Dahlia's customer service emailed me, telling me that I could return the chains and get 18" twisty chains instead! Never in my life have I encountered such responsive customer service! This is a wonderful seller, and I highly recommend doing business with them.

I ordered this necklace for our anniversary, and needless to say, my wife is very pleased! She doesn't like huge, flashy jewelry, and this pendant is simple but elegant; besides, it looks more expensive than it is! The item was shipped promptly and came in very impressive packaging.

I purchased this as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. I went with the 18" length based on other reviews, and for the average person I believe that size is perfect. Dahlia Jewels quickly shipped the item out with tracking # provided by notification e-mail. The quality is much better than expected for the price--it really is a lovely setting. I couldn't hold out till Valentine's Day, so I gave it to my wife last night and she couldn't be happier!

I ordered four of these fine necklaces as part of bridesmaids' gifts. They are lovely and delicate in sterling silver and were packaged in gold brocade bags. I'm sure they will all love having the necklace as part of their jewelry wardrobe.
